Hastings Pole Classes

I'm pleased to say that Pole Fitness with Micha is now coming to Hastings as well!

Starting from the 23rd May, I will be teaching the Pole Dancing classes at Helenswood Sports Centre in Hastings.

Every Monday 8:30pm- 9:30pm.

With 4x poles the classes will take a maximum of 16 students and is mixed ability.

The first block starts this Monday!
